We recommend bringing the following items:
Camera, sunglasses, and sunscreen
Rain jacket and pants if rain is forecasted.
Warm clothing, temperatures offshore are usually a lot cooler.
Closed toe shoes.
Food and drinks. Beer and wine is ok in moderation.
A large cooler with plenty of ice to keep your catch fresh.
Motion sickness medication if needed.

For the Black Seabass & Scup trips we typically meet at Onset Town Pier in Wareham, MA.
For all other trips, we’ll meet at Skippy’s Pier One in South Yarmouth, MA.
Captain Joe will reach out to you for more information about exact meeting spot and any other information.
Please arrive 30 mins before your booked time to ensure we leave on time. Please note there may be a parking fee at the Piers.

After booking a trip, Captain Joe will contact you directly to collect a $100 deposit. This will confirm your booking and hold your spot for the date and time you booked. If Captain Joe is not able to get a hold of you within 5 business days of when you booked your trip, we may cancel your booking.

Please give at least 3 days notice if you want to cancel your trip to receive a full refund of your deposit. Anything less than 3 days will be at the captain’s discretion.
Also, due to inclimate weather, any trip may be cancelled at the discretion of the Captain. In the event your trip is cancelled, you’ll have the option to request a refund of your deposit or reschedule for a different date.

Yes! We’ll provide your group with all the bait you need. Rod rentals are just $5. Feel free to bring your own gear as well.

You’ll be boarding the “Witness”! A 30 foot black watch with an 11 foot beam. Powered by twin Cummings Diesel engines. Equipped with a bathroom and all necessary Cost Guard equipment and recent electronic update.
